IDEAL
USES
Combining Beet with other groundbaits makes it a versatile base
ingredient for use on a wide variety of lakes and ponds. By adding
fine groundbait it will become a good lightweight attractor, for
shallower waters. Alternatively adding one of the heavier grounbaits
will provide a good mix for deep fisheries. By itself it's a good
groundbait for feeding regularly in walnut size balls packed with
loose offerings.
PROVEN
RECIPE SUGGESTIONS
1. 1 part Beet with ¼ part Brasem makes a
good feeder groundbait for bream waters upto 8ft deep. Do Not
over wet this mix!!
2.
1 part Beet, 1 part Grilled Hemp. A super groundbait for regular
feeding on venues where roach respond to groundbait.
3.
1 part Beet, 1 part Natuur. For river feeder fishing where chub
and bream are found in the same swims. Use with casters and hemp
in a feeder.
MIXING
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For best results, place groundbait and additives
in a round mixing bowl.
2.
Blend the dry ingredients thoroughly befor adding water.
3.
Add water slowly whilst vigorously stirring the mix together.
This procedure is made easier with a sponge, which allows even
distribution of water.
4.
The use of a round groundbait bowl means there are no corners
to trap and leave dry groundbait.
5. When the mix begins to appear adequately dampened set it aside
for 5-10 minutes.
6.
You should find after 10 minutes the mix will require a little
more water before it's ready for use. If you are using damp leam
add it to the mixture now, and not earlier.
